Booking Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the jettzy.com.sg website (the "Website"). This Website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel—related services, making legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes. The terms "we", "us", "our", "Jettzy" and "Tourism Integration" refer to Tourism Integration Pte. Ltd, a corporation, and its subsidiaries and corporate affiliates. "Tourism Integration Partner" means any co-branded and/or linked website through which we provide links, content or service. The term "you" refers to the customer visiting the Website and/or booking a reservation through us on this Website, or through our customer service agents. 

This Website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the "Terms of Use" or "Agreement"). Please read these Terms of Use carefully, as they contain important information about limitations of liability and resolution of disputes through arbitration rather than in court.

By making any booking on Jettzy's websites or contacting our call center agents, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Booking Terms and Conditions. These Booking Terms and Conditions apply to any bookings you make with us.

We will rely on the authority of the person making the booking to act on behalf of any other travellers on the booking (regardless of whether other travellers have made separate payments) and that person will bind all such travellers to these Booking Terms and Conditions.

We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these Terms of Use.

1. Prices

Due to dynamic airline pricing and the use automated tools that can be outside our direct control to display fares and availability on our websites, prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed once your booking has been paid for in full by you and a valid ticket has been issued for each passenger on the booking.

Price changes may occur because of other matters outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include, but are not limited to, adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, and airfare increases. Some product and/or service prices are "Instant Purchase" due to the dynamic pricing of products and/or services and constantly changing availability, and so can only be secured if paid for in full immediately when quoted (and even once paid for by you in full, a product and/or service price may not be able to be secured for you, because the price (e.g. an airfare) may become unavailable in the short time period between your payment being processed by us and our booking systems being able to make the booking for you due to availability or changes in the travel service provider's booking and yield management systems). If this occurs, we will notify you immediately and provide you with reasonable alternatives or a refund as soon as possible. We do not represent or warrant that our prices or any sale airfares are identical to or cheaper than any prices or sale airfares that might be available direct from the airline.

In order to be able to provide the most competitive price for your flight, we may book your travelling party over more than one reservation. The flight numbers, dates, times, and routes of each and all reservations will be the same. The reservations will also be linked to inform the airline who you are travelling with. If you are worried about being separated from your companion(s), please contact us so we can assist you in reserving specific seats where possible.

2. Passports and Visas

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other services and other government authorities. Any fines, penalty payments or expenditure incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. All travelers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of entry. We accept no responsibility if you should be denied boarding or deported for any reason including your age.

3. Travel Documents

All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity holder. Any errors in names on your documentation will be your responsibility. It is your responsibility to collect all ticket confirmation from us prior to travel. You should retain your electronic record or you should print out and retain your travel documents as provided to you by our website (or in a follow up email we send you). Please ensure you retain the most up-to-date version.

Jettzy relies on the contact information you provide to us during the booking process to deliver your travel documents. We will not be held liable for any costs arising from incorrect details being provided (this includes passenger names, and dates of birth) or for travel documents not being delivered due to junk or spam email inbox settings.

4. Baggage Allowance and Restrictions

Please ensure you read your travel documents carefully for details on baggage allowances as these can vary from airline to airline and country to country. Excess baggage (if your airline allows it) can be expensive and is your responsibility. We will not be liable for any expenses, fees, penalties, costs, liabilities, damages or losses associated with baggage allowances and excess baggage.

Baggage fees are not included in the cost of your ticket unless permitted by the airline. Baggage allowance varies from airline to airline and can also vary based on the class of service purchased (I.e. not all economy class tickets offer free baggage allowance). Some airlines charge additional fees for both; check-in and carry-on baggage. Some airlines charge additional fees for adding baggage to the reservation at the airport or after you’ve completed your purchase online. We strongly suggest that baggage is added in advance for such carriers. Once purchased, baggage allowance cannot be canceled, modified, or changed to a different flight.

Moreover, it is the passenger's responsibility to check any baggage rules with the airline before making a purchase on our website, as Jettzy has zero control over the airline’s ever-changing baggage policies. If you are not sure about a baggage policy, please contact Jettzy prior to booking in order to verify the specific airlines details. You can add baggage to your booking on our website and be notified of the amount at time of purchase. Some airline baggage allowance may be available to purchase from the airline 24h before departure. Jettzy will confirm your purchase with the airline once this service is available, and inform you of the confirmation result. Please pay attention to all relevant notifications.

Many airlines offer branded fare options, if you are unsure of the branded fare type within your class of service, please contact us prior to completing your booking so that we can validate the full baggage terms for you.

Through-Check Baggage Policy: Whether or not your bags can be checked all the way to your final destination depends on the airline's through-check baggage policy, which is quite complicated. Please ensure you have at least 3 hours for domestic to international transfer; and 2 hours for international to international transfer.  

5. Airline Schedule Changes

Airlines reserve the right to adjust, cancel, or refund flights due to schedule changes. While Jettzy is not liable for these adjustments, we will assist in finding alternative travel options when possible.

Jettzy will make every effort to notify you directly if we are aware of any airline schedule changes. We recommend that you contact the airline or visit the airline's website to confirm your scheduled departure time 24 hours prior to your flight. You should also confirm departure times for each onward flight. In the event of schedule changes, failure to reconfirm any sector of your itinerary may result in you needing to purchase a new flight.

For bookings consisting of combined one-way tickets (rather than round-trip tickets), each flight operates under its own rules and restrictions. If the change conflicts with another confirmed ticket itinerary schedule; passengers will be given an option to modify the flight times within 5 days of receiving the schedule change by email (Jettzy may charge service fee, the specific charging standards are detailed in Section 6 below). This modification must be with the same carrier, in the same cabin for the first available flight. These modifications can only be performed within the airline's schedule change rebooking guidelines and cannot be guaranteed. Any voluntary changes are subject to the carrier's normal change or cancellation penalties.

All affected schedule changes imposed by the airlines will be notified by email.We will not be responsible if the customer fails to enter the correct email at time of reservation.

6. Changes and cancellations requested by You

The conditions for changing flight bookings (including change of passenger name, destination, and date of travel) and for providing cancellation refunds are set by the relevant airline or supplier, which is your contractual partner for providing the flight. We, as the intermediary, have no influence over such conditions.

If You wish to make a change to your booking or request a cancellation refund, as an additional own service, We offer to handle the request on your behalf, provided that the conditions of the airline permit such a change or cancellation refund.

If you wish to cancel your flight ticket before issuance, we will prioritize intercepting the ticket to minimize your losses. Intercepting ticket issuance does not guarantee 100% success.

During the process of booking such additional services, we will inform You of any further conditions and fees for such services. For below list of our service fees:

15% of the ticket price per person, with a minimum of SGD 39 and a maximum of SGD 120

Involuntary Cancellation

10% of the ticket price per person, with a minimum of SGD 19 and a maximum of SGD 100

*Involuntary changes refer to disruptions caused by flight cancellations or delays.

Flights must be travelled in sequence. Otherwise, your tickets will be suspended and forfeited by the airline. Some airlines may allow customers to rebook the new flights subject to their approval and penalties. You must contact Jettzy for assistance in this matter.

For non-refundable bookings, if you cancel any aspect of your booking, you will not be entitled to a refund, travel credit or other remedy from the travel service provider and/or Jettzy.

In order for us to be able to handle the changes requested by You, it is necessary that We receive your change requests at the latest 24 hours prior to the commencement of travel.

7. Refunds

Refunds are processed according to Service Provider Terms or policies. If You have a right to be refunded, your refund will be processed using the same form of payment as used to pay for the booking. Please note that air fares contain different elements and not all of them may be refundable, so even if You are eligible to be refunded according to the Service Provider Terms or policies, the refunded amount may not be exactly the total price paid for your booking.

All refunds are paid from the applicable Service Provider and We, acting as the intermediary, have no influence over the Service Provider’s handling times.

As an intermediary,we will only process a payment refund where We have already received such from the applicable Service Provider, processing typically takes approximately 12 weeks to complete.

The total price of your booking will include the price of the Travel Service(s), any add-on products and our service fees. Any Service Provider add-on products are refundable only to the extent We have received relevant amounts in return from the Service Provider. Our own add-on products are generally non-refundable, unless You have not been able to utilise them due to our fault.

8. Ancillary / Extras

Not all ancillaries are offered in all regions, all customers and/or all itineraries. Our webpage will display which ancillary products are available to you at the time of booking. Please review the terms and conditions for each ancillary that is applicable to you below.

Seat Selection

Not all tickets offer free seat selection. Some seats can be selected free of cost and some seats require a fee to be paid to the airline. Each airline has a different policy on seat selection. Please verify this information prior to purchase.

Seat selection requests at time of booking are not guaranteed 100% success. The airline has full rights to amend any seat selection without prior notice. If a voluntary change is made to a booking, any previously purchased seat selections are not guaranteed to be transferred to new flights. If a flight booking is voluntarily canceled, seat selection requests are non-refundable. Jettzy charges a service fee. If your flight occurs refund or change, the service fee will not be refunded.

In case you paid for a seat reservation and wish to change it, please note that if the new seat’s price is higher, the difference will be charged. Please note that charges already paid for seat reservations cannot be reimbursed if there are no equivalent seats available for reservation on the changed flight (i.e. same type and with the same characteristics).

Should you wish to cancel your flight, whether the charge seat can refund is governed by the individual airline's policy.

Jettzy has tried our best to make sure that the airline provides you the requested seat. If the seat is not confirmed, we are sorry for the failed result and will refund the fees of the failed seat. We will advise you on time via e-mail.

Premium Package

Premium package is strongly recommended to purchase aiming to receive higher level of customer service support. We will prioritize requests from premium package customers and waive Jettzy service fee for cancellation and change once. But airline charges will apply as per fare conditions. When airline schedule change occurs, we will provide additional alternative flights for free. In the case of requesting cancelling bookings before 22 o’clock on the issued date, full refund is offered for premium package customer, however non-refundable tickets remain non-refundable. Moreover, SMS notification service for booking information and schedule changes is granted if you purchase premium package.

Refundable Booking Policy (Refund Protect)

Refundable Booking ancillary is provided by our partner (Protect Group)  and it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

As highlighted under "Terms and Conditions", your booking is also subject to the Protect Group's Terms and Conditions which we made you aware of during your booking process.

Refundable Booking only covers the air tickets amount paid at the time of booking. If you are found to have made a refund claim through both Jettzy and Protect Group we reserve the right to discontinue your request through us or take action against you to recover any money already refunded.

If your Refundable Booking application is successful and you receive a 100% refund, you authorise Jettzy to cancel your booking and unused ticket and apply for a partial refund of your unused ticket (generally taxes only) and to retain any such refunded amount. This unused ticket cancellation is undertaken by Jettzy to avoid airline penalties which could potentially be levied against it.

Travel Protection Policy

This service is provided by Cover Genius, offering protection for your travel, including flight, baggage and medical coverage. You may request cancellation during the cooling-off period, please refer to the supplier's terms for details. Approval is subject to the supplier's policy, and Jettzy imposes no restrictions.

If you request a refund for your air ticket, the travel protection will not be refunded automatically. To receive a refund for the service, you must submit a separate application through the 'Booking Details' page on the Jettzy website.

Flexible Ticket

The Flexible Ticket allows you to change date and/or time of your flight booking under the terms set out below without paying our change fee and/or the airline’s change fee. Fare and tax differences may apply. The Flexible Ticket Ticket offered by Jettzy only and is not offered by the airline(i.e. You cannot make use of our Flexible Ticket service by contacting the airline directly), all rebooking requests making use of the Flexible Ticket service must be made via our customer service.

Time Limits

1. This service must be purchased and paid for when making the online reservation. This service cannot be purchased after the reservation has been completed.

2. Changes to reservations must be made during customer service hours and at least 48 hours before the original departure time of the first flight.

3. In case of rebooking, the journey must be completed within one year from the issue time of original booking. The new trip may not commence within 24 hours from the time of change request.

4. The final change plan must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the original departure time of the first flight. (if it involves the payment of price difference, it also needs to be paid as the same time as you confirmed the change)

Change Procedure

1. The passenger must contact Customer Service by phone or submit change request via "Manage my booking" portal from Jettzy Help Center.

2. Changes will take effect upon confirmation by email.

Conditions

1. This service includes any changes to flight dates, provided space is available with the same airline and for the same price as the original ticket. If the requested change results in an increase in the price and / or taxes, the price difference must be paid by the passenger.

2. Flight segments must be used in the same order in which they were originally booked.

3. The Flexible Ticket can only be used once. Once the change has been confirmed, the Flexible Ticket has been used up.

4. Changes for partially used tickets are not allowed (for example, if you have already used the outbound flight, the return flight cannot be changed).

5. Changes to the route are not allowed (departure place, destination and / or stop-overs). The same goes for changing the names of the passengers.

6. This service is non-refundable.

7. If a change to the reservation implies that a passenger loses his / her right to special fares (for example, for children or babies), the price difference will be paid by the buyer.

8. The agency is not responsible for any extras purchased from the airline itself.(such as booking of additional luggage or seat reservations).

9. This service is personal and non-transferable and applies only to the reservation for which it was purchased.

Automatic online check-in

You will receive an email from Airobot shortly after booking in case they need additional information to complete automated flight check-in (passenger birth date, passport number, ID expiration date, etc.). If information was not provided correctly please contact Airobot immediately to correct the information.

We are not responsible for the result that if you or any other passenger in your flight reservation is denied boarding because the information given to the Airobot is incomplete or incorrect.

If Airobot is not able to make the check-in for any reason, you will receive an email from Airobot about the not provided service. You are entitled to receive a refund from Jettzy for this unused service.

By choosing this service, you authorise Airobot to complete automated flight check-in in your name, and in the names of all passengers included in your booking.

As this information is subject to change at any time, we always recommend you visit the website of the issuing airline and double-check for accuracy.

This service is non-refundable after purchase. When you change or cancel your ticket, the check-in service will be cancelled but not refunded.

Airport Transfer

You must check all of the information which you provide us with at the time of booking to ensure it is correct, including the pick-up information. Once you have confirmed these details we will proceed to confirm the booking with the Transport Company you chose to work with. Neither we nor the Transport Company is responsible, if you have not provided correct information regarding your trip.

The map and road-route of the Service appearing on the site are shown purely for the purpose of giving a preliminary idea. The same service on the map shown is not guaranteed on the basis of distance, time and km. The Transport Company determines the most convenient route for himself and his passenger. Please keep this in mind when booking and determining your destination point.

Your booking is confirmed once a booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of your booking. You may need to present your booking details to the driver to board the vehicle.

Once your booking is confirmed, your chosen transport company will be waiting for you at the pick-up destination point and in pick-up departure time which you have entered while booking. The transport company may contact you a few hours before your pick up departure time or you can contact them with the detailed information you received on your booking confirmation mail.

Unless otherwise stated in the prices shown in the search results, road bridge etc. tolls are excluded. You may have to pay this to the Transport Company separately.

Currently, this service is not modifiable on Jettzy. You may cancel for free 48 hours before the service takes effect and make a new one. If you cannot cancel, either because the cancellation deadline has passed or your journey is approaching, we recommend contacting +447459550273 and reservation@airporttransfer.com.

Check-In

We recommend that passengers allow plenty of time to check-in and obtain their boarding pass for their scheduled flight. Jettzy will not be responsible for those passengers who check-in past the airline cut off times. Failure to meet check-in times may result in denied boarding, the loss of your assigned seat selection, cancellation of your full booking and the entire fare paid being forfeited with no option of re-booking. Please reconfirm check-in cut off times with the airline directly.

Special Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation.

9. Frequent Flyer Programs

Please advise your travel consultant your frequent flyer details. Your consultant will pass these details on to the relevant supplier, but we cannot guarantee that the supplier will credit any points for your booking. Airlines have different policies on frequent flyer points accrual, so therefore Jettzy does not guarantee that all fares displayed will accrue points.Frequent flyer points can also be added to your reservation by contacting the airline directly. It is your responsibility to check if the fare you are planning to purchase does accrue such points. Please retain all boarding passes to allow verification of your travel if required.

10. Unaccompanied minors

It is the customer’s responsibility to read and familiarise themselves in regards to children travelling unaccompanied without an adult over the age of 18 years. Please verify the unaccompanied minor rules and restrictions with the operating airline(s) prior to confirming your booking online. The specific unaccompanied minor service requirements vary from one airline to another. If you fail to meet these requirements, children will be denied boarding and will forfeit the entire fare paid. Please note that flights booked may be a code share with other airlines therefore the operating carrier’s rules and regulations will apply.Jettzy will not be held responsible for any fees or passengers denied boarding due to the non-compliance of the airlines rules and regulations regarding unaccompanied minors.

11. Health

You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to your travel booking and ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. Failure to present required vaccination documentation (e.g. proof of COVID-19 or Yellow Fever vaccination) may deny you entry into a country. We recommend that you consult with your local doctor, travel medical service or specialist vaccination clinic before commencing your travel. General health advice for the destination you wish to visit is also available from the government websites above in section 5.

Whether any medical requests can be accommodated, including (without limitation) access to power, refrigeration and travelling with the use of mobility aids, is subject to the travel service provider in their sole and absolute discretion, and will often depend on a number of factors, including (without limitation) any modes of transport and local standards at the destination. All medical requests are beyond our control. While we will include all medical requests as a file note to the travel service provider, we cannot guarantee that your request will be accommodated. It is your responsibility to follow up with the travel service provider directly either at the destination or prior to travelling where possible.

12. Taxes

Certain taxes are mandatory in various countries. There may also be an additional local tax charged at some airports. All taxes are subject to change without notice.

13. Request for additional invoice for reimbursement/tax purposes

International airfares do not incur GST/VAT. Your email confirmation serves as a proof of purchase and contains the total price charged for your booking. Should you require a special invoice (eg. on letterhead), Jettzy will charge  $10 processing fee.

14. Jettzy booking fees

Jettzy does not impose any booking fees. The prices you see at checkout for flights and other products are the final prices, and there are no additional or hidden charges. Jettzy receives compensation through commissions and other financial incentives, which may include mark-ups on some non-commissionable transactions or travel packages, as we determine appropriate.

15. Charges and Payments

Payment for Travel Services is either processed by us or affiliates part of our corporate group (in cooperation with our payment service provider(s) who supply the payment processing functionality), or by the Service Provider. All payment information belonging to our customers is encrypted in a secure server when shared with our payment service provider(s).

Depending on booking criteria and added services, the payment may be split into two separate transactions, one charge from us and another one from the Service Provider. You will not be charged more than the actual total price displayed on our site. The same security measures are applied. In some cases, prices and fees from Service Providers may not be in the currency displayed on the Portal. Instead We provide an estimate in the default currency of the Portal. As a result, when You make a booking with a credit card, the amount charged by the Service Provider might be slightly different due to currency fluctuations, conversion and possible fees imposed by the card provider. If the previous may apply to your booking You will be informed of this during the booking procedure.

In order for us to be able to process your payment, You need to ensure that there are sufficient funds available. In the event of any problem arising related to the processing of your payment, We will retry the processing of your payment in cooperation with our payment service provider(s). Should this not result in a fulfilled withdrawal of funds from You, We will contact You as soon as possible for instructions on other means of payment. Should We not receive your payment after such further instructions, we reserve the right to either cancel your booking (meaning You will not be able to travel) or refer your outstanding payment to a debt collection company. If We decide to cancel Your booking, We will inform you via email.

All payment merchant fees are non-refundable in case of cancel and refund the tickets.

If there are reasons for us to suspect that fraud is being committed, We reserve the right to refuse processing of such payment or cancel the booking. Legitimization of Payment may be demanded if a crime is suspected. All types of payment fraud will be reported to the police.

16. CURRENCY CONVERTER

If a currency convertor is available on the Website, the following terms and conditions apply: Currency rates are based on various publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only. Rates are not verified as accurate, and actual rates may vary. Currency quotes are not updated every day. Check the date on the currency converter feature for the day that currency was last updated. The information supplied by this application is believed to be accurate, but the Tourism Integration Companies, the Tourism Integration Partners, and/or our respective suppliers do not warrant or guarantee such accuracy. When using this information for any financial purpose, we advise you to consult a qualified professional to verify the accuracy of the currency rates. We do not authorize the use of this information for any purpose other than your personal use and you are expressly prohibited from the resale, redistribution, and use of this information for commercial purposes.

17. SOFTWARE AVAILABLE ON THIS WEBSITE

Any software that we make available to download from this Website ("Software") or through your mobile application store, including the Tourism Integration mobile application (the "Mobile Application") is the copyrighted work of the Tourism Integration Companies and/or our respective suppliers. Your use of such Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies, or is included with, the Software ("License Agreement"). You may not install or use any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement unless you first agree to the License Agreement terms. For any Software made available for download on this Website not accompanied by a License Agreement, we hereby grant to you, the user, a limited, personal, non-exclusive, nontransferable license to download, install and use the Software and/or the Mobile Application for viewing and otherwise using this Website and/or accessing the content and information available within the Mobile Application (including, without limitation, price and availability of travel services) in accordance with these Terms of Use and for no other purpose.

Please note that all Software, including, without limitation, all HTML code and Active X controls contained on this Website, is owned by the Tourism Integration Companies, Tourism Integration Partners, and/or our respective suppliers, and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software is expressly prohibited, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THE SOFTWARE TO ANY OTHER SERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED. THE SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED, IF AT ALL, ONLY ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT. 
Your mobile device must be connected to the internet for the Mobile Application to function correctly. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for your device to have internet connectivity and are responsible for all sums your service provider may charge you arising out of the Mobile Application transmitting and receiving data (including but not limited to data roaming charges). As further described in our Privacy Policy, the Mobile Application will automatically transfer a small amount of data as part of its normal operation, including how you use the Mobile Application, which Content you access, and technical errors or problems which the Application may encounter while being used. By using the Mobile Application, you acknowledge, agree and consent to the automatic collection of this information.

18. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

This Website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than Tourism Integration. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. We do not control such websites and are not responsible for their contents or the privacy or other practices of such websites. Further, it is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever links you select or software you download (whether from this Website or other websites) is free of such items as viruses, worms, trojan horses, defects and other items of a destructive nature. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or any association with their operators.

19. Angecy

In general, we will act as an agent for, and sell various travel related products and/or services as agent on behalf of, numerous transport, accommodation and other service providers, such as airlines, coach, rail and cruise line operators, as well as our wholesalers and tour operators. Where we act as agent, any booking, advisory and other services (such as processing a change or cancellation with the relevant travel services provider) that we provide to you are collateral to that agency relationship. Where we act as agent, our obligation to you is to (and you expressly authorise us to) provide booking and advisory services, including making travel bookings on your behalf and arranging relevant contracts between you and travel service providers. We exercise care in the selection of reputable travel service providers, but we are not ourselves a provider of travel services and have no control over, or liability for, the services provided by third parties. All bookings made on your behalf are made subject to the terms and conditions imposed by these travel service providers, including conditions of carriage, fare rules, change and cancellation policies and limitations of liability. The travel service provider's terms and conditions are separate to our Booking Terms and Conditions (which cover our booking and advisory services provided to you). The relevant travel service provider's terms and conditions can generally be accessed on their country-specific website. If you would like any assistance to access any travel service provider terms and conditions, if you are not sure which terms and conditions apply to your booking, or if you would like us to provide you with a full copy of the travel service provider terms and conditions, please contact us The travel service provider's terms and conditions may include terms and/or fees relating to booking cancellations or changes for reasons outside the travel service provider's control, conditions relating to cancellations or changes on your part which may incur cancellation or change fees, the exclusion or limitation of liability of the travel service provider, and the provision of data about you or provided by you to a third party. Your legal rights in connection with the provision of travel services are against the specific travel service provider and, except to the extent a problem arises as a result of our gross negligence, fraud, criminal conduct or wilful misconduct, are not against us. Specifically, if for any reason (excluding gross negligence, fraud, criminal conduct or wilful misconduct on our part) any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your rights are against that provider and not against us. Although we will use due care and skill in performing our services, we will not always be able to verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information provided by the travel service provider (including the travel service provider's brochure and terms and conditions) is accurate, complete and correct. Subject to any rights and/or remedies you may have under the local Consumer Law or any other consumer protection legislation, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any errors, omissions, interruptions (for example, aircraft substitutions, renovations occurring at hotels, swimming pool closures, accommodation inclusions or changes to inclusions, resort fees payable, breakdowns, repairs, upgrade or maintenance of systems), or inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information by the travel service provider. If we become aware that the information provided by the travel service provider is incorrect or incomplete in any way, we reserve the right to correct any information (including, but not limited to, pricing information (except where pricing has been finalised)) and amend your booking (in consultation with you) to ensure that it reflects the correct price or otherwise contains the correct and complete information.

You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier's rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

20. DISPUTES

Tourism Integration is committed to customer satisfaction, so if you have a problem or dispute, we will try to resolve your concerns. But if we are unsuccessful, you may pursue claims as explained in this section. 
You agree to give us an opportunity to resolve any disputes or claims relating in any way to the Website, any dealings with our customer service agents, any services or products provided, any representations made by us, or our Privacy Policy (“Claims”) by contacting Customer Support or sending email to support@jettzy.com. If we are not able to resolve your Claims within 60 days, you may seek relief through arbitration or in small claims court, as set forth below. 
Any and all Claims will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except you may assert Claims on an individual basis in small claims court if they qualify. This includes any Claims you assert against us, our subsidiaries, travel suppliers or any companies offering products or services through us (which are beneficiaries of this arbitration agreement). This also includes any Claims that arose before you accepted these Terms of Use, regardless of whether prior versions of the Terms of Use required arbitration. 
There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including statutory damages, attorneys’ fees and costs), and must follow and enforce these Terms of Use as a court would. 
Any and all proceedings to resolve Claims will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a Claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. An arbitration decision may be confirmed by any court with competent jurisdiction.

The Information, Software, Products and Services published on this Website may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. (The hotel, air, cruise, car and other travel products and services displayed on this website, including without limitation, the pricing, photographs, list of hotel amenities, general product descriptions, etc.). In addition, Tourism Integration expressly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on our Website and/or reservations made under an incorrect price. In such event, if available, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your reservation at the correct price or we will cancel your reservation without penalty. 
The Tourism Integration Companies, the Tourism Integration Partners and their respective suppliers make no representations about the suitability of the information, software, products and services contained on this Website for any purpose, and the inclusion or offering of any products or services on this Website does not constitute any endorsement or recommendation of such products or services by the Tourism Integration Companies or the Tourism Integration Partners. All such information, software products, and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The Tourism Integration Companies, the Tourism Integration Partners and their respective suppliers disclaim all warranties and conditions that this Website, its servers or any email sent from the Tourism Integration Companies, the Tourism Integration Partners and/or their respective suppliers are free of viruses or other harmful components. The Tourism Integration Companies, the Tourism Integration Partners and their respective suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, software, products and services, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular response, title and non-infringement. 
The carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing travel or other services on this website are independent contractors, and not agents or employees of the Tourism Integration Companies or the Tourism Integration Partners. You agree to defend and indemnify the Tourism Integration Companies, the Tourism Integration Partners, and/or their respective suppliers and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:

1. your breach of these Terms of Use or the documents referenced herein;

2. your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or

3. your use of this Website.

23. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The content and information on this Website (including, but not limited to, price and availability of travel services) as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to us or our suppliers and providers. While you may make limited copies of your travel itinerary (and related documents) for travel or service reservations booked through this Website, you agree not to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through this Website. Additionally, you agree not to:

1. Use this Website or its contents for any commercial purpose;

2. Make any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand;

3. Access, monitor or copy any content or information of this Website using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express written permission;

4. Violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on this Website or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to this Website;

5. Take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;

If your booking or account shows signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity, Jettzy may cancel any travel or service reservations associated with your name, email address or account, and close any associated Jettzy accounts. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, Jettzy reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and you may be liable for monetary losses to Jettzy, including litigation costs and damages. 24. REVIEWS, COMMENTS, PHOTOS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
